MEET ESTEFA
Yoga found me exactly when I needed it, suffering from chronic back pain and having no body awareness, I discovered a practice that became my whole life, It’s what I am the most passionate about sharing.
After working over 10 years in the beauty industry for giant groups like L’Oreal and LVMH, Estefa decided to quit her high executive position in the corporate world - “I felt I didn’t belong into that world anymore, my time had come to step into a completely different version of myself, I answered my calling.”

Teaching for the past 5 years in some of the best yoga studios in Dubai, she provides a safe and nurturing environment in her classes.

She will guide you to attain deeper level of healing through yoga, breathwork or sound healing.
Yoga is a lifestyle—a beautiful and holistic approach that she’s passionate about sharing.
Estefa is a well experienced teacher, her studies took her to Rishikesh, India then onto Koh Samui Thailand, where she earned several certifications. She delved into the magic of Yin Yoga and to enrich the experience further, she acquired certifications in Sound Healing and Reiki Level Two, and Rocket Yoga.

Beyond the mat, she curates transformative retreats around the globe. These retreats serve as
sanctuaries to hit the pause button, fostering a profound connection with oneself and the community.
Estefa is originally from Spain with stints in Paris, and for the past decade, she’s called Dubai her home.
